Mountain Men story

Reflections: Now that it is over

Wow the time went fast, I can't believe that it is time to go back to class and report. I hope that everyone had a great experience as did we. Now the fun is to reflect some more and put it all together. Even though I teach a class I still learned a lot form Mr. Brindle and his class. I just want to say thanks to all who has put time in to help us become better teacher for the future students.

Reflections: Mr Brindle's class

I really enjoyed being in Mr. Brindle's class. He was a great teacher to learn from. He had a calm way to let you know what he expected of us. He gave us many different opportunity to try and learn new things. I really enjoyed the mountain man lesson plans that we did. Kristen and I were in charge of the possible bags Mr. Brindle had a meeting that afternoon and left us in charge with a sub. teacher. So I showed her how to make the bag and assigned the three of us a center to help the students make the pouches. We did great we completed the bags in one day not two. YA!
The digital story turned out great the students were quiet and had question. Before the story I showed the students what traps looked like by taking some in to show. I also show them a fur possible bag. The students were great.

Teaching in Mr. Brindle's class has been fun. He is a good teacher with lots of ideas. He has been very helpful to Kristen and I giving and sharing ideas that will help make us better teacher. Hope that everyone else is having a great experience as well.

Reflection
Hi, Welcome to field and music reflection. Kristen and I are in Mr. Brindle's 4th grade class. Thursday we spent time observing his style of teaching. He has a orderly class and has good control of what is happening in his room. Thursday he had me helping with the test Utips. this is a test that the students do on the computer. The students that were at risk I was able to read the test to them, others read it on their own.
Friday I will be out in the music room, while the class goes on a field trip. In the music room I worked with 5th, K, 2nd grade students 4th was gone. Music was fun, we worked on the game "Money in my hand" (Creative arts class). Well see you later for my next reflection.
